Appropriate to the beginning of Lent, Kulturforum Bucharest invites Creative Austrian David Groß to present his internationally acclaimed project “wastecooking” in the context of another edition of the EUNIC MIXERS Talks on the topic of “Sustainable Lifestyle”. Groß will discuss the three demands of his work – to stop food overproduction, to fight consumerism as well as to distribute leftovers sensibly and to cook creatively with them – with the other panelists, the owner of the first Zero Waste store in Bucharest, Ana Maria Raducanu, and Anna Strejcová, the director of the Czech NGO “SAVE FOOD”. The moderator of the conversation will be the president of the environmental NGO Green Revolution and head of the news platform Green Report Raluca Fiser. The event, held in cooperation with EUNIC Romania, will take place live on Thursday, March 11, 20:00 (OEZ) on the Facebook page of the Bucharest Cultural Forum and on the EUNIC Romania FB page.
