Although live cultural events are still prohibited, the Austrian Cultural Forum New Delhi regularly offers its audience a wide range of online programs, which can often be consumed at a flexible time. With this in mind, a large selection of events on the topics of music, literature, film and theater has been offered over the past months.
In July and August 2020, the “Austrian Film Festival” was held, during which contemporary Austrian films with English subtitles were shown on four Saturdays at 9 pm. The corresponding links and access data were communicated via the Kulturforum website, but mainly via Facebook.

The numerous responses to the films were consistently positive. It is appreciated that the Cultural Forum makes films accessible off the Bollywood mainstream that are otherwise not seen in India.
