In the context of this year’s cultural highlight of the Austrian Cultural Forum in Rome, nineteen Italian and Austrian artists process a current topic in a variety of ways: the exploitation of resources by man and his destructive relationship with the planet. At the same time, the numerous artworks are intended to give hope for a restoration of the balance between man and nature. Curated by Sabine Fellner with the support of Adriana Rispoli, the exhibition includes drawings, photographs, installations, videos and sculptures. In addition, the exhibition program will be complemented by two performances: the Austrian artist and environmentalist Edgar Honetschläger will present his project GoBugsGo on the day of the opening on September 15, while a reading performance by the Florentine artist Leone Contini is scheduled for September 25. “TOUCH NATURE” will be accessible from September 16 to November 15, 2021.
