Together with the Vienna Business Agency and the Creative Industries Austria of the WKÖ, the Cultural Forum New York presents ODM by EOOS Next as the Austrian contribution to the ECO Solidarity Initiative of the New York EUNIC Cluster at the upcoming WantedDesing Manhattan. The project will already be presented on the website of the Cultural Forum from April on the occasion of Earth Day 2021.
Open Design Toilet Mold by Viennese designers EOOS Next is a unique and environmentally friendly passive urine separation technology designed to sustainably improve basic sanitary conditions in developing countries.
The ECO Solidarity projects, selected by an international jury of experts, will be presented at WantedDesign Manhattan from May 16 to 18 and will subsequently be on display in an online exhibition until August.
Austria was represented on the jury by design and cultural scientist Martina Fineder, professor of design theory and design research at the Bergische der Universität Wuppertal.
