On the initiative of the Austrian Cultural Forum New Delhi, the Austrian media artist Marlene Reischl and the Indian media artist Amit Kumar will develop a joint project on the topic of “Gender and Powerlessness”. The collaboration will be exclusively virtual due to the COVID pandemic and related travel restrictions. The two will document their respective work on a weekly basis in the form of short videos that will allow the progress of the work to be followed on the Cultural Forum’s social media. The finished product will also be available to view on social media. Work on the project will begin in April and is expected to run for several weeks.
