The TLV festival traditionally takes place in Tel Aviv during Pride Week in June and has established itself as one of the world’s leading LGBTQIA film festivals. Due to the pandemic, it was moved to November (12.-21.11.) and into digital space. The film festival gives a fascinating insight into the Israeli and international LGBTQIA film scene. Under the title “Austrian Cinema”, TLV Fest, with the support of the Austrian Cultural Forum Tel Aviv, has included no less than four film contributions in the festival program. In addition to the world premiere of Another Europe by Sangam Sharma, Nevrland by Gregor Schmidinger, Seventeen by Monja Art and the short film Fabiu by Stefan Langthaler are also represented. The films can be accessed from all terminals in Israel during the festival period.
