ECOWEEK celebrates its 15th anniversary with a comprehensive cooperation with the EUNIC Cluster Israel. The program of the three-day digital conference from October 2 to 4 includes lectures, design workshops and an exhibition. ECOWEEK is aimed at students and young professionals, focusing on innovation, sustainable design, green building, interior design, social architecture and renewable energy. Three speakers from Austria will be present: Ulrike Schartner from the architectural office gaupenraub will hold a workshop entitled Under the Bridge, in which she will explore with the participants* the question of how the area under the Aspernbrücke in Vienna could be used in an ecologically and socially compatible manner. In a lecture she will talk about architectural projects for fringe groups (On the edge _projects for fringe groups). The two representatives of EOOS, Lena Beigel and Georg Sampl, will in turn devote their workshop to models of circular wastewater treatment.
