The Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs and the Austrian Cultural Forums have created a new Artist-in-Residence programme for artists and researchers in cooperation with the OÖ Landes-Kultur GmbH. The programme intends to support artists with a connection to Upper Austria in networking abroad and to strengthen cooperation with institutions abroad. To this end, residency opportunities are available at selected cultural forums. These are located at places of creative and lively art scenes and represent inspiring working environments that enable the artists to further develop their artistic work and to gain new experiences through a change of perspective.
